Horeb eCommerce (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates horebecommerce.com and provides fractional product ownership and diagnostic advisory services for commerce platforms. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how it’s handled.
What we collect
- Workflow Review bookings — name, email, and any details you share via our scheduling tool (Calendly) when booking a call.
- Diagnostic Engagement & General Inquiries — name, email, company, and message content submitted through our contact form.
- Specialist Panel applications — name, email, phone, consult rate, specialization, availability, and any portfolio file or notes you upload.
- Basic technical data (browser type, pages visited) if analytics is enabled on this site.
How we use it
- To schedule and prepare for Workflow Review calls
- To evaluate whether an engagement is a good fit
- To review and match Specialist Panel applications to relevant client briefs
- To respond to general inquiries
- To issue GST-compliant invoices for confirmed engagements (see Payments, below)
We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell personal data to third parties.
Payments — important note
We do not process payments through this website. There is no online checkout, card entry, or payment gateway on horebecommerce.com. All engagement fees are agreed and processed directly with your dedicated account manager, outside of this website — typically via bank transfer against a formal invoice — and a GST-compliant invoice is issued for every confirmed engagement. No payment card data is ever collected or stored by this website.
Where your data is stored
Form submissions are stored in our website’s database and/or emailed to our team. Scheduling data is stored by Calendly (our scheduling provider) under their own privacy terms. We use standard hosting and email providers to operate this site; we don’t share your data with them beyond what’s needed to run the service.
How long we keep it
We retain submission data for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or manage an ongoing engagement, and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping — including invoicing and tax records, per applicable Indian tax regulations. You can request earlier deletion of non-statutory records — see below.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing consult@horebecommerce.com. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.
Cookies
This site may use minimal cookies for basic functionality and, if enabled, anonymized analytics. We don’t use tracking cookies for advertising.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
